Delivery Guide
1. Delivery & Cost
We currently deliver to mainland UK only (not Highlands & Islands, NI, or Channel Islands).
Orders over £30 get free next-day delivery; otherwise, it’s £3.49.
2. Dispatch & Cut-Off
We dispatch Sunday to Friday. Place your order by 4pm (1pm on Sunday) for same-day dispatch.
3. Issues & Returns
For damaged or lost parcels, please email hello@121pharmacy.co.uk. To return something, just let us know within 21 days.
Shipping policy
1. Shipping Areas
- UK Mainland Only: We currently ship only to addresses on the UK Mainland.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands at this time.
2. Delivery Services & Methods
- Courier: All orders are shipped via Amazon Shipping with Next Day Delivery (subject to cut-off times and exclusions below).
- Tracking: You will receive shipping and tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Rate: £3.49 for orders under £30.
- Free Shipping: Orders of £30 or more receive free next-day delivery.
- No Extra Fees: There are currently no additional packaging or handling fees.
4. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed between Sunday and Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Exclusions: We do not process or dispatch orders on bank holidays. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be shipped the next available working day.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Next Day Delivery: Most orders arrive the day after dispatch.
- Peak Periods & Delays: During busy seasons (e.g., holidays) or unforeseen events (weather disruptions, courier strikes, etc.), delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in such instances.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt to deliver your package up to two (2) times.
- No Collection Option: At this time, there is no option to collect your parcel from a local depot or post office if a delivery attempt fails.
- Return to Sender: If the package is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address, failure to accept delivery), a refund will be processed once we receive the returned parcel.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of both the item and its packaging to hello@121pharmacy.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost Parcels: A parcel is considered “lost” if it has not been delivered within 2 weeks and cannot be located by the courier. In this case, we will discuss with you to find the best solution—whether a replacement (if possible) or a full refund.
8. Special Handling & Restrictions
- ID Checks: Some items (e.g., certain medications or age-restricted products) may require ID verification. If this applies to your order, we will inform you of the requirements.
- Fragile/Perishable Items: We do not currently sell items requiring special packaging or expedited delivery due to fragility or perishability.
9. Returns & Exchanges Integration
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. After getting in touch, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
- Faulty/Incorrect Items: We offer refunds or replacements at your preference, subject to stock availability.
10. Holidays & Unexpected Delays
- Bank Holidays: We do not dispatch or deliver orders on bank holidays; orders will be processed on the next working day.
- Force Majeure: Severe weather, courier strikes, or other events outside our control may delay shipping. We will keep you informed of any significant disruptions.
