Add 1-3 capfuls to an 8 inch bath of water for adults and 1/2 to 2 capfuls to a small bath of water for infants. Soak in for 10-20 minutes and pat dry. Apply a small amount onto wet skin for skin cleaning, rinse and pat dry.
