Pee into a clean, dry cup or container and place the white end of the test strip into the urine, making sure that you do not pass the max line printed on the test strip. Leave the strip in your urine for 10 seconds and then remove it and start your timer immediately. Wait for 3 minutes and read your results right away. Do not read the results after 10 minutes have passed.
