Sprinkle two rounded capfuls (approx. 85g) under warm running water in a standard bathtub for a soothing vapour bath. The jar has measurement markings on the side indicating the recommended amount to use. Fill the bathtub at least half full and allow the bath crystals to dissolve fully. Soak in the bath for up to 20 minutes. Take care to avoid slipping for adult use only. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed below.
