Ibuprofen Tablets 400mg (24 Tablets)

Do any of the following apply to you?

You are allergic to aspirin, ibuprofen, NSAIDs, or any ingredients in the medicine

You have or have had stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, or gout

You have severe heart, kidney, or liver disease, or high blood pressure

You are taking blood thinners (e.g. warfarin), methotrexate, or other anti-inflammatory medicines

You are in the last 3 months of pregnancy, or are breastfeeding

I confirm that:

I will not take more than 3 ibuprofen tablets or 4 aspirin doses in 24 hours

I will not combine this medicine with other NSAIDs or aspirin products

I understand this is for short-term use only (up to 3 days for pain or 10 days max for ibuprofen unless advised otherwise)

I will stop using and seek advice if symptoms persist, or if I notice any serious side effects such as stomach pain, vomiting blood, or black stools
