Blow your nose before applying the balm.
For adults, apply up to 1 cm of Happinose in and around each nostril.
Inhale through the nose.
Massage the balm onto the lips, throat, chest, and between the shoulders.
Reapply every 4 hours or as needed.
Wash your hands after use.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist for more than 10 to 14 days.
Adjust the dosage for children aged 5 to 9 and children aged 10 and over.
