Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years:
Swallow 1 tablet at night.
Do not take more than 1 tablet in any 24 hour period.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to.
If there is no bowel movement after 3 days, or if symptoms persist, in particular if you have persistent abdominal pain or are passing blood, consult your doctor.
Not to be used for more than 1 week.

-If laxatives are needed everyday or there is persistant abdominal pain consult your doctor.
-If you are pregnant consult your doctor before use.
-Keep out of reach of children.
-Low blood potassium levels resulting in cramping and/or weakened muscles.
-Severe weight loss.
-Allergic reactions e.g. asthma, local or widespread rash, hives.

Each tablet contains powdered Alexandrian Senna Fruit (pods) (Cassia Senna L. (C. Acutifolia Delile)), and Tinnevelly Senna Fruit (pods) (Cassia Angustifolia Vahl) equivalent to 15mg Hydroxyahthracene Glycosides, calculated as Sennoside B.
