Remove the cap from the inhaler.
Insert the inhaler into the spacer device.
Breathe out slowly and fully.
Place the mouthpiece of the spacer device in your mouth and close your lips around it.
Press down on the inhaler to release the medication.
Breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth.
Hold your breath for 10 seconds.
