Fill it with hot water.
Stir until dissolved and sweeten to taste if desired.
Adults and children 12 and over should take one sachet every 4-6 hours, with a maximum of 4 sachets in 24 hours.

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products.

Not suitable for individuals allergic to any of the ingredients, those with heart disease or high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, or those taking or have taken MAOI's within 14 days.
