Use 1 pessary once daily for 7 days, ideally before bedtime. 1. Wash your hands. 2. Remove a single pessary from the foil wrapping. 3. Sit or lie down with your knees bent and legs apart. Gently insert the pessary into the vagina as far as is comfortably possible using your fingers. 4. Wash your hands again
