Athlete's foot: Wash the infected area and dry well (especially between the toes). Apply the cream thinly to the affected areas twice daily for 1 week for mild infections between the toes, or until 2 to 3 days after all signs of more severe infection have disappeared. If symptoms have not improved after 7 days, consult a doctor.
Dhobie itch (jock itch): Apply cream once or twice a day until 2 to 3 days after all signs of infection have disappeared. If symptoms have not improved after 4 weeks, consult a doctor.
