Over-exposure to the sun is dangerous. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even when using sunscreen, as no sunscreen can provide 100% protection. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Apply sunscreen shortly before exposure. Re-apply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling. The recommended dose is approximately six full teaspoons per average sized adult. Reducing the quantity will lower the level of protection significantly. Keep out of direct sunlight between 11am and 3pm. Wear protective clothing, including hat, t-shirt and glasses. Avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Shake well before use. To ensure full protection from your sunscreen, apply 20 to 30 minutes before going out into the sun. This allows it to form a protective film on the skin.
