Gently rub the lens in a circular motion for about 20 seconds.
Rinse the lens thoroughly with Lens Plus Ocupure or saline solution.
Place the cleaned lens in a clean contact lens case filled with fresh Lens Plus Ocupure solution.
Repeat for the other lens.
