Shake the Nasa Mist Saline Spray gently before each use.
Remove the protective cap from the nozzle.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping your head upright.
Depress the nozzle to release a fine mist of saline solution into your nostril.
Breathe gently in to allow the mist to reach the nasal passages.
Repeat the process for the other nostril.
Replace the protective cap after each use.
