Ultravana Period Pain Relief (9 Tablets)

Do any of the following apply to you?
- Allergy or previous reaction (such as wheezing, swelling or rash) to naproxen, aspirin, -ibuprofen or another anti-inflammatory painkiller
- Current or previous stomach/gut ulcer, bleeding or perforation
- Heart, liver or kidney problems, high blood pressure or previous stroke
- Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
- Asthma, lupus or a blood-clotting disorder
- Previous serious skin reaction such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome
- Your period pain first started more than a year after your periods began

3. Are you currently taking any of the following?

- Ibuprofen, aspirin, another NSAID or anti-inflammatory painkiller
- Blood thinners such as warfarin
- Steroids such as prednisolone
- Antidepressants such as fluoxetine
- Blood-pressure medicines or water tablets
- Digoxin, lithium, methotrexate, ciclosporin or tacrolimus
- Mifepristone within the last 8–12 days
- Quinolone antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin
- Phenytoin, zidovudine, probenecid, sulfonylureas or colestyramine

Do you confirm that:

- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding; if trying to become pregnant, you will seek medical advice before use
- You will swallow the tablets whole with or after food
- You will take the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time
- You will not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours or use for more than 3 days during each monthly period
- You will seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 3 days
- You will stop taking it and seek urgent medical help for vomiting blood, black stools, severe stomach problems, breathing difficulty, facial/throat swelling or a severe skin reaction
